Exchange Policy

We have a 5-day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or proof of purchase.

Regarding Exchange Address: If your exchange request is accepted, we will share instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you receive an incomplete order.

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right, we may request clear images of the product, packaging, invoice, and an opening video of the parcel.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Sale items
  • Discounted items
  • Clearance items
  • Items purchased during special promotions
  • Accessories
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Customized, altered, or specially requested items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, used, stained, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items without original tags, invoice, or packaging
  • We also do not accept exchanges for minor color differences caused by lighting, photography, screen display, or device settings. Minor measurement variation may also occur and will not be considered a defect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange within the eligible time period. Once the exchange request is accepted and the item is inspected, we will arrange a replacement subject to product and size availability.

If the requested product or size is unavailable, we may offer store credit or an alternate product, depending on the case.

No Refund Policy

SUTRA does not provide refunds once an order has been delivered. Eligible requests will be resolved through exchange, store credit, or an alternate product, subject to approval and availability.

Shipping charges, cash collection charges, and handling charges are non-refundable.
