Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

During product launches, festive periods, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, SUTRA is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, natural disasters, strikes, customs procedures, operational disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

SUTRA shall not be responsible for failed deliveries or delays resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Incorrect contact details

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Delivery restrictions imposed by local authorities or housing societies

  • Non-serviceable delivery areas

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment due to customer-side issues.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately at:
